Description
HDR is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical discipline for data center and other mission-critical facility projects. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, client and business-development activities, design reviews, agency compliance, project schedules and budgets, construction administration, and mentoring junior staff. Responsibilities include designing medium-voltage distribution, utility service entrances, standby generation, UPS, paralleling switchgear, and power monitoring systems. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering with an electrical emphasis, at least 10 years of building electrical design experience, a recognized professional engineering license, and knowledge of electrical design software and building systems.
