AECOM is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer, Data Center specializing in hyper-scale data centers to act as Data Center Electrical Engineer Lead. The role designs, implements, maintains, and optimizes electrical systems, including power distribution, backup power, emergency systems, schematics, and safety procedures; it also leads technical client relationships, approves engineering work, and mentors mid-level engineers. The position is primarily remote from a U.S. office, with occasional advance-scheduled travel, and offers visa sponsorship. A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and eight years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience, plus a Professional Engineer license or designation, are required.
