IMEG is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to support the Technical Path and Project Management Path for moderate to complex building projects, particularly in healthcare and MEP markets. The role leads electrical systems analysis, design, calculations, specifications, site assessments, quality control, client communication, field issue resolution, project coordination, budget accountability, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration. It requires a BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, a Professional Engineer license, and at least seven years of building design consulting experience. The position is full-time hybrid with up to 20% travel, offers a Minnesota base salary of $112,000–$170,000 per year, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
