The role owns power-stage architecture, schematics, component selection, PCB layout, validation, testing, DFM, certification, production testing, and manufacturing ramp, while collaborating with mechanical, firmware, controls, and software engineers. Candidates need a degree in electrical engineering or a related field, at least four years of power electronics or high-current embedded hardware experience, and expertise in power semiconductors, motor drives, PCB design, thermal analysis, and embedded protocols.
