Description
The Senior Electrical Engineering Manager will lead and develop a 24-person electrical and controls engineering team supporting custom converting, packaging, and coating machinery and automation. The role combines technical leadership in electrical design, PLC/HMI, motion control, safety, and controls architecture with people leadership, project execution, resource planning, financial awareness, and cross-functional collaboration. It requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of electrical engineering or industrial automation experience, and at least 7 years in leadership or management. The position is full-time, on-site, with less than 10% travel, and offers a salary of $160,000–$220,000 per year plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and other benefits.
