Description
Qualitrol is seeking a senior electrical/hardware engineer for its Transformers Value Stream and R&D team to develop next-generation sensing and monitoring systems for industrial and utility customers. The role covers the full product implementation lifecycle, including requirements, analog and digital circuit design, PCBA layout, embedded systems, testing, integration, documentation, compliance certification, and production introduction. The engineer will collaborate cross-functionally with architecture, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, logistics, and product teams, while using SAFe Agile, Scrum, and AI tools. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a similar field and at least five years of embedded hardware design experience.
