Description
The Aircraft Electrical Design Engineer creates and modifies electrical design solutions for aircraft interiors, including wire routing, harnesses, equipment installations, drawings, wire diagrams, schematics, and certification packages. The role ensures designs meet customer, quality, FAA, budget, and schedule requirements; coordinates with mechanical, stress, manufacturing, and certification teams; and provides engineering guidance and liaison support. It requires a bachelor's degree in aerospace or electrical engineering or an equivalent combination, at least eight years of relevant experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Inventor.
