Description
Mesa Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Power Engineer to lead small and large power generation design projects, serve as an owner’s engineer, and support client relationships, technical proposals, and project reviews. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, at least eight years of electrical power generation design experience, and extensive experience with power plant systems, including coal, hydro, simple-cycle, and combined-cycle plants. Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, directing other engineering professionals, and leading technical proposal efforts, with less than 15% travel for client and vendor meetings and project site visits. Eligible locations include Knoxville, Chattanooga, Nashville, Atlanta, and hybrid or remote arrangements depending on the candidate.
