The role covers programme, health and safety, quality, commissioning, stakeholder and commercial management, procurement, contract review, design coordination, risk mitigation, and team leadership from tender through practical completion. Candidates need an engineering apprenticeship or graduate development programme, formal engineering training, SMSTS and CSCS cards, and advanced knowledge of MEP systems, construction planning, commercial management, safety, quality, and commissioning.
