RLE Engineering Services GmbH is hiring immediately, via direct placement with a client, a Senior Electrical Site Supervisor / Construction Manager to lead electrical installation teams across Germany, starting at the Grimma site. The role manages people, oversees service delivery, documents work for invoicing, ensures compliance with construction plans, participates in construction meetings, installs and commissions rail-related electrical switching and control systems, and handles cable routing, cabling, troubleshooting, and repairs. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree, Senior Site Supervisor qualifications, at least two years of relevant professional experience, willingness to travel throughout Germany, and fluent German language skills.
