Description

Hyper Solutions is seeking a Senior Electrical Systems Engineer to act as a customer-facing technical expert. This role involves designing, specifying, and supporting electrical power distribution systems for hyperscale data centers and other critical environments. The engineer will collaborate with sales, applications engineering, project management, and manufacturing teams to create innovative, scalable power solutions tailored for AI and high-density computing infrastructure.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical education and experience.
Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of experience in electrical power systems, preferably within data center, mission-critical, or industrial environments.
Strong understanding of medium-voltage and low-voltage power distribution systems.
Experience reviewing electrical one-line diagrams, specifications, and design documentation.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with consulting engineering firms, OEMs, EPC contractors, or mission-critical infrastructure providers.
Understanding of AI infrastructure requirements and their impact on power density, resiliency, and electrical system design.
Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems, NetSuite, CRM platforms, and engineering project management tools.
Experience supporting hyperscale data center projects and large-scale power distribution deployments.
