Description
Loft is hiring a Senior Electrical Systems Engineer to own mission-level electrical systems across one or more active space programs. The role covers payload integration, wiring harness design, power allocation and distribution, ICD interpretation, CD&H architecture, EMI/EMC compliance, system requirements, interconnect diagrams, and coordination with hardware, mechanical, and systems teams, with flexibility to support board design. Candidates need strong electrical systems experience, ICD and EMI/EMC interpretation skills, and senior-level program ownership experience; software, CD&H, and multi-program experience are preferred. The role offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement benefits, paid leave, relocation assistance, and a base salary of $150,000–$200,000 per year.
