Senior Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer at K2 Space

K2 Space is hiring a Manufacturing Development Engineer to partner with design engineers on the manufacturability of large satellite subsystems, lead first-article builds and flight-hardware integration, develop production-ready build flows, tooling, automation, capacity models, and rate-ramp strategies, and transition prototype processes into stable production. The role requires a relevant engineering bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, integration, or design engineering, with aerospace manufacturing standards, CAD, GD&T, and MES experience preferred. Compensation is $140,000–$175,000 plus equity, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and parental leave benefits.
