Description
The Aerospace Corporation’s Mission Payloads Division is hiring an Electro-Optical Engineer to support the design, characterization, hardware design, assembly, integration, and testing of visible and infrared sensor payloads and prototypes for space surveillance, overhead persistent infrared, and Earth remote sensing programs. The role requires a degree in a relevant field, at least eight years of industry-related experience or advanced-degree time, engineering analysis and programming skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. The position is full-time and on-site at the El Segundo, California facility, with a base annual salary of $129,000 to $249,600.
