Ironclad Defense Works is hiring a Senior Electromagnetic Operations & Electromagnetic Warfare Capability Development SME to support NATO Allied Command Transformation in Norfolk, Virginia. The full-time, on-site role develops NATO EMO/EW capability products across the DOTMLPFI lifecycle, supports Joint Effects program management, manages requirements and program status, coordinates with multinational stakeholders, and provides analysis to senior leadership. Applicants need an active U.S. or NATO-member-secret clearance, a relevant master’s degree or equivalent military-college qualification, and extensive operational EMO/EW, program-management, senior-leader briefing, and multinational experience. Compensation is $130,000–$145,000 annually, with medical and dental insurance and other benefits available to eligible full-time employees.
