The role covers reel-to-reel machine hardware and controls, tension control, web handling, winding dynamics, inspection systems, vendor management, and manufacturing throughput improvement. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant engineering field, at least 8 years of electromechanical design and commissioning experience, and expertise with Beckhoff/TwinCAT 3, EtherCAT, structured text, 3D CAD, and simulation tools.
