Description
Base is hiring a senior electronics design engineer to lead the electrical architecture of energy storage systems, including inverters, batteries, battery management systems, and microgrid interconnect devices. The role owns specifications, topology, schematics, PCB layout, bring-up, validation, reliability testing, production testers, and system-level debugging, while building and mentoring an electrical engineering team. It requires 10+ years of experience in high-power electrical system design, strong PCB and embedded systems skills, power-conversion control knowledge, and familiarity with communication protocols and laboratory equipment.
