BWC is hiring a Senior ELT Developer / Data Warehouse Engineer to design, develop, test, implement, and support enterprise data solutions for reporting, analytics, and business intelligence. The role covers ELT development with Python, SQL, Snowflake, StreamSets, and DBT; data migrations; high-availability and disaster-resilient systems; performance tuning; database and ELT support; BI architecture; dashboards, scorecards, and analytic applications; documentation; and mentoring junior developers.
