Paired is hiring a Senior Retention Strategist to own email and SMS retention strategy for client accounts at a US-based retention marketing agency. The role leads client strategy calls, directs project managers, copywriters, and designers, reviews reporting, aligns the internal team, and identifies capacity and hiring needs. It is full-time and 100% remote, based in Latin America, and requires senior experience building email and SMS retention strategy, strong client presentation and leadership skills, and the ability to coach and teach.
