Braze is hiring a Senior Email Deliverability Consultant to support customers and internal teams with email deliverability. The role involves troubleshooting, ticket management, customer audits, ISP and blocklist issues, IP warming, reputation monitoring, performance analysis, and strategic deliverability planning for high-visibility brands. The ideal candidate has three to four years of deliverability-specific experience at an ESP, agency, or large brand, along with customer management and industry best-practice knowledge.
