Description
The Embedded Firmware Engineer develops C/C++ firmware for INFICON’s vacuum measurement devices, including real-time sensor processing, device control, secure bootloaders, signed firmware updates, and test software. The role also supports calibration and production testing, regulatory approvals, customer integrations, and product development, while collaborating with physicists, hardware, mechanical, product, and global engineering teams. Candidates need an electrical engineering, computer science, or comparable degree, several years of embedded firmware experience, strong C/C++ skills, microcontroller and embedded-systems knowledge, and German and English proficiency.
