York Space Systems is hiring a Senior Embedded Flight Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and support mission-critical flight software for spacecraft systems. The role focuses on real-time, embedded Linux-based software in C/C++, including multithreaded development, hardware-software integration, testing, and on-orbit operations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least five years of embedded software experience, strong C/C++ and embedded Linux skills, experience with Yocto or VxWorks, and eligibility for an active Secret Clearance or higher.
