Description
NavVis is hiring a Senior Embedded Linux Platform Engineer for its System Software team in the Mapping and Perception department. The role owns the Linux platform layer above the kernel, including OS lifecycle management, Debian and Ubuntu image builds, hardware abstraction, system services, sensor and camera integration, ROS-based mapping-stack support, and CI/test pipelines. Candidates need at least five years of embedded Linux software development experience, strong C and C++ skills, and hands-on experience with kernel and userspace integration, Linux image building, and platform tooling. The position offers a hybrid work setup and visa and relocation support for international candidates.
