TCOM is hiring an Embedded Software Application Engineer to design and develop robust, maintainable embedded software for airborne and ground-based tethered aerostat systems. The role covers hardware interfaces, sensor and onboard-system drivers, control logic, real-time telemetry, system architecture, debugging, integration, testing, validation, and performance and reliability improvements. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field and typically 10+ years of professional embedded software development experience. The position prefers onsite collaboration, may consider hybrid work, and offers a base salary of $160,000 to $180,000 plus potential discretionary bonuses and benefits.
