Hewlett Packard Enterprise is actively recruiting a Senior Embedded Software Developer for an onsite role primarily based at an HPE office in Canada. The position develops high-performance embedded software for Linux-based networking platforms, with responsibilities including embedded Linux, C/C++ and Python programming, RTOS and driver development, hardware/software integration, system bring-up, debugging, optimization, and code review. Candidates should have strong embedded software development experience, C and C++ proficiency, embedded systems architecture knowledge, and extensive knowledge of L2 networking protocols and Ethernet switching; networking protocols and MACsec are preferred. The role offers a base salary of CAD 114,300–164,300 annually in Ontario, with variable incentives possibly offered.
