Philips is hiring a Senior Embedded Software Engineer – Algorithm & Signal Processing to design, implement, and optimize C/C++ firmware and signal-processing algorithms for resource-constrained microcontrollers in regulated health technology systems. The role covers digital filtering, FFT-based processing, real-time analysis, debugging, performance profiling, hardware–software integration, software development lifecycle activities, and compliance with IEC 62304, ISO 14971, and FDA requirements. Candidates need 5–8+ years of embedded systems experience, strong DSP and microcontroller knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field; the position is office-based with at least three days per week in person.
