The role requires a bachelor's degree in computer engineering or science or equivalent technical experience, three years of embedded and system-level software development experience, C/C++ proficiency, and knowledge of real-time operating systems and microcontrollers. Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, code review, performance analysis, verification techniques, mentoring junior engineers, and communicating technical issues to management.
