Glydways is hiring a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to own critical firmware domains for safety-critical public-transit vehicles. The role involves designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying production firmware; developing RTOS applications; managing communication architectures; leading board and SoC bring-up; building automated testing frameworks; and mentoring engineers. Candidates should have substantial embedded software experience, including work on safety-critical or highly reliable platforms, with expertise in C or C++, communication protocols, RTOS environments, bootloaders, drivers, and resource-constrained optimization.
