Description
CoMind is seeking a senior software engineer for a three-month contract to design and maintain high-performance embedded and real-time C++ software, including hardware abstraction layers, device drivers, and data acquisition pipelines. The role sets embedded architecture strategy, mentors engineers, communicates technical decisions to clinical, product, and regulatory stakeholders, and ensures quality and compliance under IEC 62304, ISO 14971, and the company’s quality management system. It also involves collaboration with electronics and FPGA teams on hardware bring-up and system integration, participation in design and agile planning forums, and leading adoption of AI tools to improve engineering efficiency.
