Description
Neon Aero is hiring a Senior Embedded Systems Software Engineer to design and implement safety-critical, system-level control software for aerospace platforms. The role owns supervisory control logic, state machines, sequencing, diagnostics, communication interfaces, model-based design, integration, testing, and certification readiness across motor control, BMS, and vehicle control systems. Candidates need at least five years of embedded control software experience, proficiency in C/C++ and real-time architecture, experience with aerospace communication protocols and MATLAB/Simulink, and the ability to integrate and debug software across hardware and system boundaries. The stated compensation range is $150,000 to $175,000 USD, with possible bonus, equity, or benefits.
