The role requires at least five years of experience as an Employee Benefits producer and a Life and Health license, with CRM, AI, market expansion, and technology-enabled sales experience preferred. It is a hybrid position requiring on-site collaboration, with a base compensation range of $100,000 to $250,000 and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
