Super is hiring a Senior Employee Relations Partner to build and embed employee relations and compliance capabilities across its growing international organisation. The role designs group-wide ER frameworks and policies, develops compliance governance, builds HR and leadership capability, advises on complex matters, and partners with Legal on risk mitigation and regulatory compliance. It requires senior employee relations, HR policy, or people compliance experience, knowledge of employment law across multiple jurisdictions, strong communication skills, and fluency in English.
