Senior Employee Relations Partner – China and Taiwan Scope at Applied Materials

Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Employee Relations Specialist to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, HR Business Partners, Global Employment Law, and other stakeholders on complex employee relations matters. The role independently leads workplace investigations, performance and conduct management cases, disciplinary actions, and employee risk mitigation; advises managers on PIPs, misconduct, and terminations; supports global and regional compliance; analyzes ER metrics; and delivers training. It requires 7+ years of relevant employee relations, labor relations, workplace investigations, employment law, or related HR experience, along with experience in complex investigations, multinational organizations, and professional English communication.
