Description
Oura is hiring a Senior Manager of EMS Sourcing to own contract manufacturing relationship management, commercial execution, sourcing strategy, negotiations, RFPs, contracting, post-award governance, cost modeling, and NPI transitions across its hardware supply chain. This senior individual contributor role reports to the Director of EMS Sourcing and collaborates with engineering, program management, finance, legal, and operations. The position is based in San Francisco and requires a hybrid schedule of two to three office days per week, with 25% domestic and international travel.
