Datadog is hiring a Senior Technical Solutions Enablement Program Manager supporting Sales Engineering to own the strategy and execution of complex, global enablement programs. The role leads cross-functional initiatives, translates business goals into multi-quarter roadmaps, designs metrics and reporting frameworks, develops training and workflow resources, conducts stakeholder assessments, mentors junior program managers, and implements AI-powered process improvements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years of related experience or a master’s degree with 4+ years, along with change-management expertise, senior-stakeholder influence, data analysis, and PROSCI/ADKAR certification.
