Unitil is hiring an Energy Efficiency Program Manager to develop, implement, and manage energy-efficiency programs in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The role coordinates energy service companies and consulting contractors, supports commercial and industrial customers, prepares regulatory and incentive documentation, monitors program performance and budgets, and engages regulators and other stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or physical sciences, 10+ years of related experience, and strong technical, communication, and computer skills.
