Description
The Senior Energy Engineer leads energy project development, retro-commissioning, building operations optimization, and on-site troubleshooting for client facilities. The role manages energy projects and on-site energy teams, analyzes mechanical systems and building automation, develops energy models and commissioning plans, supports design and construction, produces technical documentation, trains clients and internal teams, and advises clients on energy performance. It requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering, five or more years of progressive project development experience, knowledge of New York and New Jersey utility incentive programs, and the ability to travel regionally and occasionally nationally.
