Description
Eversource is hiring one regular Energy Efficiency Program Manager to lead technical energy-efficiency programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, train market actors, manage contractor budgets and RFPs, approve complex engineering projects, oversee compliance and rate-payer-fund calculations, and evaluate new technologies. The role requires a baccalaureate degree in engineering, at least eight years of relevant engineering or related technical experience, and offers a hybrid schedule with at least three office days per week. Visa sponsorship is not offered, and the annual salary range is $115,730 to $128,590.
