Description
The Senior Energy Storage Engineer will develop and manage relationships with BESS engineering consulting firms, coordinate support for various operational streams like technical evaluation of new acquisition opportunities, design and engineering package reviews for new build storage projects and existing fleets, and develop tools for efficient BESS project management. The role involves direct involvement in technical evaluations, project execution, and asset management phases, requiring extensive travel for site reviews and interactions with field engineers. Key responsibilities include reviewing engineering drawings, conducting calculations, preparing value engineering analyses, supervising third-party engineering providers, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
