Description
Conga is hiring a Senior Engagement Manager, PS in Sofia on a hybrid basis to lead end-to-end enterprise SaaS implementations across complex customer environments. The role manages 2–4 concurrent implementations, project artifacts, budgets, executive stakeholders, change management, testing, and cross-functional teams, while using AI tools to improve requirements, documentation, test coverage, and delivery quality. Candidates need at least 7 years of enterprise SaaS implementation, consulting, or professional services experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong project management, communication, and stakeholder leadership skills.
