Description
Schnabel is hiring a senior geotechnical engineering practice leader to provide strategic, operational, and technical leadership for an integrated team of geotechnical, dam, mining, solid waste, and civil engineering professionals. The role leads complex infrastructure projects, builds and mentors teams, drives business development, advises clients, and contributes to firmwide thought leadership. It is based in Michigan, ideally in the Grand Rapids and/or Lansing area, and requires a bachelor’s degree in civil, geological, or mining engineering, 12+ years of progressive consulting engineering experience, and a Professional Engineer license. Compensation is $105,000 to $150,000.
