Description
Micron is hiring an Advanced Packaging Metrology-RDA Engineer for its Advanced Packaging Technology Development team. The role develops and optimizes semiconductor metrology recipes, establishes inspection and characterization methods, analyzes process data, manages metrology tools and quality controls, and coordinates advanced packaging technology development with cross-functional teams. The position requires a PhD or master’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience, along with semiconductor process or equipment engineering experience and proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Visual Basic, and related metrology and data-analytics tools.
