Micron Technology is hiring a Modeling Engineer in Hyderabad to support DRAM and NAND node development through predictive structure modeling, materials or process modeling, and the creation of software, algorithms, and computational modeling tools. The role involves collaborating with process engineers, product design, and development teams; interpreting modeling and experimental results; and reporting insights to engineering teams and leaders. Candidates need 5+ years of modeling experience, a Ph.D. in a relevant engineering or science field, and advanced skills in level-set methods, computational geometry, numerical methods, scientific computing, and semiconductor process integration tools.
