Description
Merciv is hiring a Backend Engineer to own the architecture, development, reliability, and production deployment of Go and Python services, data ingestion pipelines, APIs, and distributed systems supporting enterprise agentic AI. The role requires 5+ years of backend engineering experience, proficiency in Go and/or Python, distributed systems knowledge, SQL and NoSQL database experience, and Kubernetes production experience. The position is on-site in New York City three to five days per week, with visa sponsorship available and applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
