Description
Clark is hiring Senior Engineers to build and improve production AI systems for audit and accounting workflows, including LLM-powered agents, retrieval, reasoning, evaluation, guardrails, orchestration, and reliability infrastructure. The role partners with product engineers, Audit Engineers, customers, and leadership to identify high-value workflows and ship features that improve accuracy, latency, cost, and customer adoption. Candidates need at least five years of software engineering experience, production systems experience, strong backend or full-stack fundamentals, and hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, retrieval systems, or other modern AI models. The position is five days per week on-site in New York City, with no remote or hybrid arrangement.
