Description
Micron is hiring a semiconductor process development engineer to develop and enable post-fab wafer-finishing processes for high-performance memory products, including photolithography, dry etch, CMP, wet processes, deposition, plating, wafer bonding, and wafer thinning. The role covers process research, experimentation, equipment and materials evaluation, quality and yield improvement, data analytics, process control, documentation for production transfer, and cross-functional collaboration across Singapore, Boise, and Taiwan. Candidates need a relevant advanced or bachelor’s degree with substantial experience, semiconductor process knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Python, R, SQL, and related semiconductor tools.
