The role manages technology development and engineering builds in semiconductor manufacturing, including build planning, resource forecasting, logistics, daily execution, cross-functional coordination, risk resolution, documentation, and continuous improvement. It also integrates AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, 3–5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, advanced packaging knowledge, and proficiency with project and manufacturing systems.
