Description
Micron is hiring an ATE Test Engineer to develop and deliver test solutions for HBM-DRAM devices. The role covers ATE test programs, silicon validation, characterization, yield improvement, test hardware design and debugging, production integration, and high-volume manufacturing support. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, electronics, or computer engineering, at least three years of test engineering experience, ATE platform expertise, programming skills, and familiarity with semiconductor testing, DFT, and failure analysis.
