Description
AECOM is hiring a Senior Engineer for its Belfast Streets Team to lead the design, review, delivery, and technical assurance of active travel, streetscape, cycling, and urban infrastructure schemes across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The role coordinates multidisciplinary inputs, represents the team with clients and contractors, mentors graduate engineers, and supports highways and greenway projects. It requires a Chartered Engineer qualification or substantial progress toward it, post-graduate experience in active travel or highway scheme design and management, knowledge of relevant design standards, and experience working with clients, local authorities, and multidisciplinary teams. The position offers flexible hybrid working from the Belfast office, remote locations, or client sites.
