Description
Anne Arundel County Government is hiring a full-time, permanent Senior Engineer for its Engineering Division within the Office of Inspections and Permits. The role performs advanced civil engineering work reviewing and managing development applications, subdivision plans, preliminary and site development plans, grading and building permits, water and sewer systems, stormwater management, drainage, roads, and related infrastructure. The engineer provides technical guidance, coordinates with county agencies, developers, consultants, contractors, and the public, and presents project status to management. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, at least four years of technical engineering experience, and a valid non-commercial Class C motor vehicle operator's license.
